Whether you've been with us for years or you're about to embark on a brand new dance journey at Backstage, we are SO happy to have you! Below are some helpful hints and FAQ that will have you up to speed for your first class at Backstage!
Our Montgomery location has a large parking lot with ample space to park. Please do not pull up to the front door and wait for your child to come out to the car. This blocks traffic so that families cannot enter and exit safely at the same time. Please find a parking spot, come inside, and walk your child out to your car. We do NOT recommend parking at Middleton Orthodontics.
Our Conroe location has several spaces as well as street parking if you cannot find a parking spot in our lot. Please do not block any driveways if you do park on the street.
2. Dress Code
Curious how to dress your dancer for class? CLICK HERE for our dress code. Shoes and attire can be purchased through us on our website HERE. You can also purchase locally at places like Walmart, Target and Academy. Jazz Rags in the Woodlands offers a wide variety of dancewear.
We know you are busy! We have laid out the entire dance year for you so you can schedule and coordinate your family's activities. CLICK HERE for our 2020-2021 Calendar. We will continue to make updates as we have them.

What can I expect at Backstage?
Ok, this is a fun one! You can expect
A kind, loving, and nurturing environment - from the instructors, the staff, and yes - even the students and the parents, too! We are a family here at Backstage and we are here to support you however we can.
Age appropriate music and costumes. We pride ourselves on beautiful costume choices and clean music.
Open communication. Our administrative staff is always here to help you! We often work remotely, so e-mail is the easiest and fastest way to get a hold of us. We can also be reached by phone and will respond to any voicemails within 24 hours.
What precautions are being taken by Backstage to help keep my dancer safe?

What if I have to miss class?
No problem at all! Life is busy and things can get crazy - we get it! You may attend a class for the same age level within 30 days of the missed class.
Does it have to be the same discipline?
- No! Any class for their age range.
Do I have to schedule the make up class?
- It would be lovely if you can e-mail us so we can let the instructor know that a new student will be joining them that day. However, it is not mandatory.
What if I need to drop a class?
Please give us a 30 day written notice by e-mailing us at email@example.com.
What if I want to add another class?
Excellent! You can do that on your parent portal HERE.
Who is my teacher? How can I see their qualifications?

How do I update my billing information or address?
You can also do that on your parent portal!
Are you on social media?
Yes! We are on Facebook and Instagram. We will always keep you informed and updated on Facebook, as well as sharing some fun photos and videos from class, so make sure you 'like' us! You may even find some fun giveaways...
